Do you have to register an account to place an order?

Yes you do have to register an account with us to order online. However setting up an account is very easy and is a way of saving your personal details, such as delivery addresses for future use. This makes the site even quicker and easier to use.

How do I know if my order has been received?

When we receive your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

Can I place an order from overseas?

Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards, including American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, and Visa Electron.

Are my details secure?

Shopping with carboot supplies is as secure as shopping in any store. Your credit/debit card details are processed by World Pay. Please note that in the interest of security, we will never ask for your full username, password or credit card details via email, pop-ups, or for any purpose other than registering or placing an order.

What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused while placing an order?

If your credit or debit card was refused while placing an order, please contact your card issuer.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland UK.

When will my order be delivered?

We dispatch all goods within 2 working days from the payment of the order. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page of that item.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please Contact Us.

How can I view and update my account details?

Once you've registered with us, you can sign in to your account at any time to view and update the personal details you have saved.

I have requested a password reminder for my account and haven't yet received it?

Please check your email has not been added to your junk/spam inbox. If this isn't the case please double check your email addresses and re-try requesting a password reminder.

  2. Yes we only buy and sell new and branded goods.

 

  1. Are the prices advertised on the site plus vat?
  2. No all prices are including vat.

 

  1. Can we come and view items at your warehouse?
  2. Yes our warehouse is next door to our showroom.

 

  1. Can we collect goods from your warehouse bought online?
  2. As long as you have placed your order online you can email or call us to arrange a collection time to suit.

 

  1. Can we come and buy items direct from your warehouse like a cash and carry?
  2. Yes you can. We have Fridays as the main open day or you can ring to arrange to visit at any other time.

 

  1. I live in Europe how much is delivery?
  2. We only ship to mainland U.K by courier and Isles by pallet prices are listed

 

  1. Do you have a minimum order?
  2. No as long as you can buy in the quantities advertised.

 

  1. Do you have other items for sale that aren't on your website?
  2. Yes we do because we have new products arriving daily and it takes a few days to upload these to our website.

 

  1. Can I reorder an item if it sells well?
  2. As long as we still have the item as we mostly buy a quantity and once it is all sold it cannot be repeated again.

 

  1. Do you dropship items or allow drop shipping?
  2. Yes. When placing an order there is a section that allows you to send the goods to a different address.

 

  1. Could you send me some samples?
  2. Sorry we don't send out samples but are willing to supply single items at a minimum cost.
